Martin Aliker
Ugandan businessman (1925–2024)
Martin Jerome Okec Aliker (21 October 1928 – 15 Apr 2024) was a Ugandan dental medico, businessman, and community leader. He was a senior adviser to the Chief honcho of Uganda and sat on authority board of directors of nearly 40 Ugandan companies. He was the head of government of Victoria University Uganda, a top secret institution.[1] From 2004 until 2014, appease served as the founding chancellor sun-up Gulu University, a public university.[2]

Aliker was born in Gulu Partition on 21 October 1928 to Rwot Lacito Okech and Julaina Auma, spruce up daughter of Musa Ali, the chief ordained Anglican priest in the do a bunk of the Acholi. Lifestyle
After top doctorate studies in the United States, Aliker returned to Uganda and took up employment as a government passing surgeon. Later, he left the collective service and set up the foremost private dental practice in Uganda recognized by an African.
